These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cosmo’s website, in-store services, and related products, operated by Cosmo Brooklyn LLC (“Cosmo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our website, shopping in-store, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Accessibility Statement, Refund & Return Policy, and all other policies incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our website or in-store services.

 

 

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian if you are under 18.
  • By using our services, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

  • Online and in-store products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Payment methods include cash, Venmo, PayPal, and credit/debit card.
  • Cosmo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse.
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

 

 

4. Buy + Sell / Resale Transactions

By submitting items to Cosmo for purchase:

  • You confirm you are the lawful owner of the items.
  • Cosmo retains sole discretion to select items for purchase.
  • Payment options: 25% cash (Venmo or PayPal) or 50% store credit.
  • Unselected items may be donated or used for community programs.
  • Cosmo does not offer consignment unless explicitly stated.
  • A valid government-issued ID is required for all buy + sell transactions.

 

 

5. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

  • Cosmo strives for accuracy in product listings, images, and descriptions, but does not guarantee perfection.
  • Colors, sizing, and details may vary between online and in-store items.
  • Minor imperfections in secondhand clothing are normal and expected.
  • Cosmo is not liable for any discrepancies in item condition or description.

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Cosmo website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is owned by Cosmo or used with permission.
