Shipping + Returns

returns/condition: all in-store and online pieces are sold as-is and are final sale. unless noted, most items are pre-loved. we thoughtfully curate high-quality pieces, but minor signs of wear are part of their story. for online listings, please review photos to check out details on each item’s condition before purchasing.

shipping: we ship all orders from our brooklyn home within 5 business days. shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, and all orders over $100 ship free. we also offer local pickup from from our shop in brooklyn at 265 malcolm x blvd.

at the moment, we’re only shipping within the continental u.s. and are unable to ship internationally or to hawaii and alaska, but we hope to expand in the future.
